PLEASE NOTE:
You'll find that in our collections some pieces may bear the marks of time—stains, blemishes, or signs of wear & tear. These are not defects, but rather badges of history, each a testament to a past life lived. WIILD CHILD garments have been measured and adjusted to accommodate for size changes that occur over time, ensuring they fit you perfectly. These imperfections are not flaws; they are an embodiment of our dedication to sustainability. Celebrate these signs of a garment's wiildly amazing past life, wear them with pride, and carry their story forward.


Refunds will be issued according to the currency exchange rate at the time of purchase and to the payment method used during your purchase. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if one of two refund conditions are met. Product must be returned including the original packaging and tags, as it was delivered.

 
  • You are eligible for a return and refund, only if your item arrived damaged upon receipt of shipment or the wrong item or size was received. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to start the return process.

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of this page to start the return process. Photo and ID documentation will be required.

  • Please review the return policy, submit a return form below, and submit photo + ID documentation to hello@wiildchild.com. If the item you have received is the wrong product / size, or your item arrived damaged, you will receive an free of charge return shipping label to your email. You will need to print this label, repackage the item securely and drop it off at your local post office.

  • For refunds: WIILD CHILD credits, refunds and exchanges take an average of 5-7 days to process once the item is returned back in the same condition as received.

    Please note: If a refund is approved, the transaction will process via the same as provided at check out. If your payment was submitted with a gateway provider (ex. Afterpay), please allow additional processing time. For any other inquiries, please visit the Contact Us and submit a form.

  • In the event you receive an item that is the wrong size, you’re eligible for an exchange. Since most of products are one-of-one pieces, you may not be able to exchange sizes for the exact same piece. We will work with you to find a piece of equal or lesser value. Please contact us to start the return and exchange process within 5 days of your delivery date.

  • In the rare event you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days after delivery date to start the return or exchange process. Photo and ID documentation will be required before approval.

  • You can return your purchase to us by mail. Once we start the return process, we will notify the buy now - pay later service of the return and begin to process the refund. Note the credit/debit card that you used to place the order will be processed by the payment gateway.

    For example, if you paid using Afterpay, the refund will be processed via Afterpay and typically takes 10 business days after its been approved to appear on your account.
